BIOMARK ensures that all information provided is valid and accurate, subject to any typographical errors or technical errors that could not have been foreseen due to force majeure.

BIOMARK reserves the right at any time to change the terms and conditions of use of the website.
After any such change, the use of the website automatically constitutes acceptance by the users of the changes made.

BIOMARK and its employees have no liability to the users for any damages arising from the execution or non-execution of their order or from the use of the website in general.
BIOMARK reserves the right to change the delivery time of the goods in cases of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, sudden change in the supplier's delivery time, strike, etc.), but is committed to immediately and promptly informing the user (by telephone or email).
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The products on the website are usually available but are also accompanied by indications of the availability time for the further convenience of the user who can place an order even for unavailable products, in which case a BIOMARK associate will contact the user immediately to inform him of the exact delivery time.
In the above case, if the user does not agree with the proposed delivery time, he reserves the right to finally cancel the order.
6.USER RESPONSIBILITY
By using the BIOMARK website, the user accepts that he will not use our online store to send or transmit in any way illegal, obscene, defamatory or libelous content.
The transactions that are permitted are only those governed by International and European Law on electronic commerce.

9. SALES PRICES
All prices listed on our products include 24% VAT.
For inaccessible areas and if the user wishes to issue an invoice, the prices will be recalculated on the invoice with the lowest VAT rate (marginal).
10. NEWSLETTER
All our customer users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our online store's newsletter for free. In the event that the user subscribes to the newsletter, he will receive news bulletins from our online store without prior notice. The user has the option to cancel the newsletter subscription free of charge at any time.
